If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our animal print dresses, premium cotton trousers, or any other item, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits and basic t-shirts & vests unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Customers: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and specify in your email that you’d like an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item (like the wrong bridesmaid dress or defective chiffon blouse), please contact us immediately. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
